В середине 90х в Беларуси велись работы по созданию мобильных зенитных ракетных установок на базе имеющихся стационарных зенитно-ракетных систем. Одним из разработанных вариантов был зенитно-ракетный комплекс “Нёман”, созданный на базе комплекса С-125 “Нева” и автомобиля МАЗ-543М. Была изготовлена небольшая опытная партия, но в серийное производство изделие не поступило в связи с начавшимися поставками из России других зенитно-ракетных систем.
